Bec Seres

A controlled, faster paced Pilates session infused with the benefits of whole body strength work. Performed to dance music to help keep the beat and a lot of fun, this session is challenging whilst being gentle on the joints. You will boost your metabolism and potentially work up a sweat in these sessions. Suitable for all ages and abilities, but best matched to anyone seeking a more challenging whole body work out.

PILATES POWER

Traditional Mat Pilates using small props. Designed to create effective movement to prevent injury, create better proprioception, strengthen small and large muscle groups and engage essential pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Injuries and ailments can be catered for.
